Boothbay planning board approves Shannon’s Unshelled application

    The Boothbay Planning Board approved one application and tabled another May 17. PGC5, LLC received approval for a food trailer at 7 Common Drive. Shannon Schmelzer, owner of Shannon’s Unshelled, represented PGC 5 and will lease the lot. The property is in the Boothbay Village Center and Watershed Protection Overlay districts. 

    Guy Peaslee represented Butler Farms Estates, LLC’s application for a proposed amendment to an existing subdivision, for adding two lots. The board tabled his request because Peaslee did not submit all the required plans prior to the hearing.

    The board meets next at 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 21 in the conference room.
