Boothbay Harbor Police Department made two arrests between Nov. 6 and Dec. 6. 

On Nov. 19, officer Garrett French arrested Konstantinos Rigas, 36, of Boothbay Harbor for terrorizing.

On Nov. 25, officer Makenzi Strout arrested Finn Jaaskelainen, 18, of Boothbay Harbor for domestic violence terrorizing, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon and obstructing report of a crime.
