Boothbay Harbor Police Department issued two summonses and made no arrests between Aug. 5 and Sept. 3. On Aug. 5, officer Garrett French summonsed Abram Raen Houston, 19, of Boulder, Colorado for minor possessing false identification. On Aug. 30, officer Makenzi Strout summonsed Brandon Cookson, 35, of Boothbay for improper plates/false identification.
