Boothbay Harbor planning board meets Feb. 13
The Boothbay Harbor planning board will be meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 13 at the meeting room in the town office. Two applications are on the agenda: PGC8 LLC at 61 Atlantic Avenue, represented by Melissa Neel, seeks to demolish and replace a multifamily dwelling with a single family home. Katama Acquisitions LLC at 4 and 5 Nahanada Road, represented by Steve Roberge, seeks to construct a new storage building and swimming pool and to expand existing parking lots.
Resident Jane Carpenter is also on the agenda to discuss the possibility of an ordinance addressing blasting.
