The Boothbay Harbor Planning Board will be meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 8 at 7 p.m. to review three applications.

The first application was submitted by Linekin Bay Holdings for the reconstruction of a non-conforming building in the shoreland zone to a different also non-conforming location. The second application was submitted by Footbridge Brewery LLC at 25 Granary Way to open a brewery which includes on-site production, retail sales and tastings. The third application was submitted by Jen Jones, doing business as Brady’s at 25 Union Street, for the opening of a restaurant.

Under old business, the board will also be discussing further possible amendments to the East Side proposal.
