The Boothbay Fire Department on Route 27 will hold its annual open house, in recognition of National Fire Prevention Week, from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 10.

Tour the station and meet your local firefighters, EMTs and police officers. There will be trucks, games, fire prevention information, and Sparky, the fire dog to entertain children. Food and refreshments will be available. Everything is free.
