Dr. Ron Bouffard has announced the addition of Dr. Brady Fergola to the office of The Boothbay Chiropractor. Dr. Fergola is a Maine native having grown up in the foothills of Rumford. In his youth, he entertained himself with outdoor recreation of hunting, fishing and skiing. He also enjoyed playing sports in school such as football, baseball and basketball. In college he played rugby and continues to play with a local men’s club out of central Maine.

He attended the University of Maine in Orono where he attained his bachelor of science degree in athletic training. After completing his clinical rotations, he began an internship with Dr. Ric Bruns, D.C., of Bangor where he developed his interest in the chiropractic profession.

Fergola attended Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri where he recently graduated with his doctorate in chiropractic. While at Logan University, he attended many post graduate courses on performance care and rehabilitation to compliment his chiropractic studies. Fergola, being an athlete, knows the demands that sports place on your body and is tailoring his practice to help his patients achieve their health and fitness goals.

He believes that functional and proper movement helps everyone stay active, pain-free and doing what they love to do. His philosophy of practice is heavily evidence based assessment and treatment that is redefining the physical medicine world.

After living in St. Louis, Fergola and his wife, Boothbay native Lindsey Marden, missed the beauty of Maine and decided to return to plant their roots in her hometown. Here, they enjoy day trips of hikes in the western mountains of Maine and leisure hikes through the local land preserves with their golden retriever, Izzy. Fergola continues to enjoy hunting and fishing and, on occasion, you might find him on the golf course pretending that he can still make the PGA tour.

Fergola is available for appointments at the office located at 18 West Street, Boothbay Harbor, Maine. Call 633-5500 to schedule an appointment.
