AOS 98 new hires and staff changes
Lisa Smith is the new special service director for AOS 98, replacing Jane Stevens.
Jane Stevens is now a resource room teacher at Boothbay Region High School, replacing Linda Strout.
Jennifer Bryce is the new speech and language pathologist for the community school district, replacing Lisa Smith (see above).
Sarah Foster is the new instrumental music teacher, replacing Mark Phillips.
Sarah Gordon is the new guidance counselor for BRES grades 5-8, replacing Kim Dionne (Linda Lupton).
Christopher Liberti is the new math/STEM teacher at Boothbay Region High School, replacing Desiree Scorcia.
William Fraser is the new resource room teacher at BRHS, replacing Karen Cronk.
Caitlin Shepard is a new special education tech III at BRHS, replacing Pam Baldwin and Penny McLaughlin
Jonathan Waldo is a new special education tech III at BRES (grades 7-8), replacing Brita Nilsson.
Susan Sealy is a new special education tech III at BRES (grades 7-8), replacing John Gosselin.
Zachary Gray is a new special education tech III at BRES (grades 4-6) -- new position.
Christin Bailey is a new education tech III at BRES (grades K-4) -- new position.
Martha Snow is a new bus driver for the community school district -- new position.
Michelle Slack is a new special education tech III at Edgecomb Eddy School -- new position.
Christina "Tina" Warren is a new special education tech III at Southport Central School -- new position.
Other changes: Lindsey Williams is replacing Nancy Farrin as second grade teacher after one year leave of absence; Ingrid Merrill is replacing Ellie Bowden as ESL teacher; Connie Colby is replacing Rachel Jones full-time; Julie Erb, Scott Hoch and other psychologists replacing Scott Lucas; and Shawn Gallagher replaces Liz Giles-Brown as physical education teacher.
