Each August the Garden Therapy team from the Boothbay Region Garden Club (BRGC) meets at St. Andrews Village with flowers collected from several home gardens to assist residents of the Gregory Wing and Safe Havens in creating fresh arrangements. This year the team amassed enough flowers from members, helping volunteers, and blooms from Hannaford, to fill 18 vases with flowers to be distributed among rooms and common areas. Bravo to the team and all the volunteers who came together to bring the bright colors of summer indoors to be enjoyed by the residents, their visitors and the staff at the Village.
