American Legion Post 36, Ladies Auxiliary and the Sons of the Legion are hosting their annual New Year’s Day Brunch on Jan. 1 from 8 to 11 a.m.

A delicious buffet of home cooked brunch offerings will be presented for you dining pleasure. A beautiful egg strata will highlight the buffet, along with bacon and ham, scrambled eggs, baked beans, corned beef hash, home fries, fresh fruits and the ever-famous SOS — two different recipes made by our own Vietnam veteran Ed Harmon. You’ll also find biscuits and gravy and the popular Belgian waffles supreme. And much more!

This brunch is open to anyone from anywhere. Come and let’s welcome 2020 together with a gorgeous array of foods cooked by your local Ladies Auxiliary and Sons of the Legion.

Donation: $10 adults; $5 for children under age 12.

American Legion Post 36 is located on Industrial Park Drive, Boothbay off Route 27. Watch for signs.
