    Come jump and jive with the Tony Award-winning “Ain’t Misbehavin’” featuring the songs of "Fats" Waller in dazzling high-energy performances that transform the  theatre into a Harlem cabaret. Songs include the mournful “Black and Blue” to the gleefully funny “Your Feet’s Too Big," the title song “Ain’t Misbehavin’,” and “I Can’t Give You Anything But Love," plus many more.

    Maine State Music Theater (MSMT) and Portland Stage are inviting four audience members per performance to sit on stage during the show! Bask in the energy of being up close as you become part of the "crowd" in custom  banquette seating built into the the set at the sides of the stage.

    Subscribers to MSMT or Portland Stage get $5 off each ticket for performances Aug. 6-18. Call the box office for the Subscriber Code. If you'd like to be part of the Harlem scene, upgrade to on-stage seating for an upcharge of just $10 each ticket (or if you have already purchased tickets, upgrade to these premium seats for $5 each). These seats are available by phone or in person only.
