Adult Ed winter-spring classes
We hope you picked up last week's Boothbay Register with the Adult Ed Winter-Spring class brochure. If you missed it, the brochure is also available at Harbor Tech, town libraries, all four schools, YMCA, Hannaford, and other locations around the region.
Classes begin the week of Feb. 13. Just a reminder to sign up early so the class you want isn't full or cancelled due to low enrollment. Most classes require a minimum number of students to run. Tell a friend or co-worker! Maybe they would be interested in taking the class with you.
Microsoft Access can help you take control of your data and mailing lists. In this class you'll learn about databases, and how to create, manage, and maintain tables. Learn to sort an filter records within your tables. The class meets on Feb. 14, 15 and 16 from 6 to 8 p.m. and the fee is $36. You should have experience using Windows to take this class.
Reflexology is an ancient method to stimulate the feet which improves blood circulation and nerve conduction. Come learn how reflexology can help you to achieve a state of relaxation and balance in a one evening workshop on Wednesday, Feb. 15, from 6 to 8 p.m. Please bring your favorite foot lotion or oils. The fee is $18.
