Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department has identified three youths who participated in a Clifford Park prank earlier this summer. On Sept. 13, Town Manager Dan Bryer told selectmen the sheriff’s department identified youths who filled the pavilion’s toilets with foam. There was no damage, but town officials reported the incident and provided video implicating the perpetrators.

“Fortunately, there was no damage because the toilets weren’t flushed,” Bryer said. “But the youths will write an apology letter to the town.”

Prior to the meeting, selectmen held a brief executive session regarding an investigation of charges pending against a person or persons.

In other action, selectmen approved two wharves and wiers applications. One is for Wilde Re LLC at its Ocean Point Road location. Wilde is rebuilding a storm-damaged pier, runway and float. Brian and Jennifer Graves received approval for reconstruction and replacement of a 3-foot by 40-foot runway and a 10-foot by 20-foot float.

Selectmen meet next at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 27 in the conference room.
