Debby Schling, a seasoned and highly successful real estate broker, has had her license since 2004, and been with Newcastle Realty since 2007. Debby’s direct, down to earth approach inspires confidence in her clients. Her sharp attention to detail, sense of humor, integrity and ability to keep everyone calm through the unexpected, all contribute to her consistently being one of Newcastle Realty’s top producing agents for the last five years. Sixteen years ago, she set a goal for herself when she first became a broker; she more than doubled her goal in 2004, and has been on the rise ever since.
Debby shared that her number one reason for being passionate about her career path, is her love of people and having the ability to help people realize their goals. To her, it’s a relationship business, not a sales position. She enjoys the individual challenges that each unique transaction presents; different personalities, different properties, all which require good people and problem solving skills. Debby loves to share her enthusiasm for living in midcoast Maine to new prospects thinking about relocating here.
Serving as a mentor for new brokers joining Newcastle Realty brings Debby a great deal of satisfaction. She enjoys giving guidance to help each new person develop their own style and launch their careers.

For the last 10 years, Debby has served on the Cheney Financial Group (CFG) Charitable Giving and Community Outreach Committee, comprised of members from Newcastle Realty, Newcastle Vacation Rentals and Cheney Insurance. The Mission is to support various non-profits in the community through financial and volunteer-hour support. In keeping with her commitment to service, Debby enjoys being an active Rotary member. You may have seen her in the community presenting Newcastle Realty shoot-out checks at Lincoln Academy Basketball games or ringing the bell to support local food pantries during the Holidays.
