Having bought and sold several of his own homes while relocating for his professional career at a multinational commercial insurance company, Fred has always had an interest in the real estate profession. Originally from New Hampshire, Fred has spent 40 years summering in Pemaquid with his wife Martha, where they are now year-round residents. Fred shares the vibrant communities, natural beauty, and close friends are among his favorite aspects of living in the Mid-coast. Fred decided to pursue real estate as a post-retirement endeavor after using Newcastle Realty for numerous personal real estate transactions.
