Latest report from BHWD employee Trevor Morin: As water is restored, residents should boil water before use of any kind until further notice.
A break in a water main on Pear Street has affected most of Boothbay Harbor tonight, Sept. 5.
Crews from the Boothbay Region Water District have been working on the issue since approximately 8:45 p.m.
BRWD employee Trevor Morin reported from the location that it was “a good break” and that it might take 2-3 hours or more to restore water flow.
