Dear Editor:

As I watch Sunday football on Veterans’ Sunday, I can’t help but notice a tear in the eyes of our veterans as the national anthem is played, on piano no less.

We all should have a tear in our eyes for our veterans every day, in remembrance of the sacrifices they made for our freedom.

Never take for granted your freedom and never take for granted our veterans. We are the home of the free because of the brave.

God bless our veterans of the past, present and future.
