Again this new year, there are plans for the Simply Supper program sponsored by the Mission/Benevolence Committee of the Bremen Union Church, 533 Waldoboro Road, Bremen. These suppers are offered free to families who live in Bremen and the surrounding areas.

The church will serve four monthly suppers on Tuesdays, Jan. 19, Feb. 16, March 15 and April 19, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. These are simple suppers of hot soup, salads, breads, desserts and coffee and provide as well, an opportunity to visit with neighbors and friends and make a few new ones.

Meals can be delivered to area home-bound if word reaches the church by Sunday prior to the supper. Please call the church at 207-832-1283 leaving a message and phone number so your message may be answered.

Supper is free – contributions are accepted but never expected. The church is handicap accessible with ample, plowed parking. Please do come and enjoy a night out.
