If you have suffered through pastry mishaps or wondered what to do about runny pie filling, join instructor Debra L. Arter for an evening of pie making in “My Oh My, Love That Pie” Thursday, Nov. 20 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Nobleboro Central School. This course is being offered through Central Lincoln County Adult Education.

In one evening students will make a standard two crust pie as well as a fresh fruit tart that will get rave reviews every time you make it. Hands on time with instruction, recipes, tips and liberal tasting opportunities assure that this is a class you do not want to miss!

Students should bring a rolling pin, Ziplocbag, apron, and rolling mat if you have one. The cost of the course is $24 if you register on or before Nov. 13, and $29 for all other registrations. A $6 materials fee for ingredients is to be paid to the instructor the night of class.
