Goodwin wins world title at Morgan Grand National Horse Show

    Sea Vu Farms in Boothbay claimed one world championship and four top 10 finishes this month at the Grand National & World Championship Morgan Horse Show.

    Hali Goodwin of Boothbay won a world championship in English Pleasure Jr. Exhibitor 13 and under class. She also placed third in the Grand National division for the same class.

    Sea Vu Farms also had two Canadian entrants.

    Marron Brown placed fifth in the English Pleasure Jr. Exhibitor age 14-17 class for the Grand National division.

    Jenna MacDonald placed ninth in the Classic Pleasure Ladies Class for the Grand National division. She also placed eighth in the world championships for the same class.

    The event was held from Oct. 11-18 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

    All the competitors and their horses were trained by Katie Yereance and her assistant Jackie Markee.
