A Damariscotta man was arrested Thursday, April 2 for sexually abusing multiple young children.

Ronald Brann, 65, of Blue Haven Lane in Damariscotta was arrested by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Detectives on three counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact and three counts of Unlawful Sexual Touching.

This arrest is a result of an investigation into two separate complaints received from Maine DHHS involving reported incidents in Damariscotta and Waldoboro. These charges involve multiple child victims all under the age of 12.

Brann is currently being held at the Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset pending a $5,000 cash bail with a court date of June 8.
