Sit back and relax as Boothbay Region students proudly present, for your entertainment, “Beauty and the Beast JR.” at Boothbay Region High School in the auditorium. Shows are Thursday, Nov. 9 and Friday, Nov. 10 at 6 p.m., and Saturday, Nov. 11 at 1 and 5 p.m.

“Be Our Guest” at this 90-minute show which will certainly keep you smiling throughout, and probably humming a tune or two on your way home. The musical is directed by Dr. Mary Miller, stage managed by Susie Taylor, and costumed by the Carousel Music Theatre along with help from students Sawyer Blake and Kora McKenny.

The cast: Beauty and the Beast (Hannah Hills, Spencer Pottle), Mrs. Potts and Chip (Suzie Edwards and Chou Nguyen), Cogsworth (Mathew Little), Lumiere (Sophia Mansfield), Madam De La Grande Bouche (Rose Campbell), Babette (Maddie Andreason), Gaston (Kai Pitcher), Lafou (Mathias Fanslau), Maurice (Titan Lewis,) Baker (Jayden Coloumbe), Monsieur D’Arque (Byron Hills), Silly Girls (Blythe Miller, Izzy LockSmith, Abby LockSmith), Enchantress (Lee Pangburn), Narrator (Finn Gaffney), Townsperson (Aubrey Holmes), and Wolf (Polly Miller).

Behind the scenes: curtain (Chloe Joneth), lights (Colby Allen and Charlee Fuchswanz), stage manager (Justine Marshall), stage hand (Kolton Campbell), choreography (Sarah Harris).
