Santa arrives in Boothbay Nov. 25

    Santa Claus will make his annual trek to Boothbay on Saturday, Nov. 25. He’s scheduled to arrive at the Boothbay Common on a fire engine at 6 p.m. to meet with children on the gazebo.

    To keep everyone warm while they wait for Santa’s arrival, Bay View Lodge will be providing cookies and hot chocolate.

    Boothbay Fire Chief Dick Spofford said if the weather is bad, the event will be held at the Boothbay Fire Station.
