Dear Editor:

We were fortunate to hear Dr. Jay Andrews, DMD and Dr. Stephen Millls, DDS speak at the Boothbay Harbor public forum on the fluoride referendum this past Tuesday night. Both dentists spoke about the great benefit which children receive from a fluoridated public water supply.

Perhaps more interesting to our community, is that they also both spoke about how seniors benefit from fluoride. Our town has a significant senior population (all over town and at St. Andrews Village) and it's getting older each year.

I hope you will join me in voting yes to keep fluoride in our water supply to support our children and seniors!
