Dear Editor:

Let's come together as a community to do something that will benefit all of us on the peninsula. Boothbay Harbor has been home to my family and me for decades. I am very proud to be a part of a strong, hard-working, Maine community and I hope that many people for generations to come will be able to enjoy Boothbay Harbor.

Boothbay Harbor Waterfront Preservation (BHWP) is endeavoring to ensure a legacy by constructing a waterfront park with public docks, a working waterfront for student licensed fisherfolk and a park for all of us to enjoy – now and for future generations.

As a member of the Boothbay Harbor Waterfront Preservation (BHWP) Board and our community for many years, I am personally committed to helping to move this project forward and ask you to join me in making this vision a reality. Let's do something together that is lasting and positive. Please contribute and make Eastside Waterfront Park a reality.
