Sheriff Todd Brackett reports the following:
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 242 calls for service June 4 through 11. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 7,218 calls for service.
Adrianna L. L’Heureux, 23, of Boothbay was issued a summons on June 4 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked, on Dodge Road, Edgecomb, by Deputy Chase Bosse.
Christine E. Ahlstrom, 54, of Lewiston was arrested June 7 for Violating Condition of Release, on Crooker Road, Bristol, by Deputy Andrew Miner, who was assisted by Deputy Kevin Dennison.
Joshua A. Veilleux, 27, of Augusta was arrested June 8 for Domestic Violence Criminal Mischief, on South Colby Road, Somerville, by Deputy Kevin Dennison.
Kara H. Overmiller, 26, of Dresden was arrested June 9 on a Lincoln County District Court warrant for Failure to Appear – Fine Hearing, on Orchard Hill Road, Dresden, by Deputy Chase Bosse.
Glenn A. Murdoch, 63, of Bremen was arrested June 10 for Operating under the Influence, 1 prior – on Main Street, Wiscasset, by Deputy Chase Bosse.
On June 6, an accident occurred on East Pond Road in Jefferson involving Jarrett C. Byrnes, 21, of Nobleboro. Mr. Byrnes was operating his 1997 Ford F-350 southbound when he observed a riding lawn mower enter the southbound lane from the ditch. Mr. Byrnes skidded and struck the rear side of the mower, while it was in the northbound lane, and continued into the northbound ditch, where he struck a mailbox. Deputy Kevin Dennison was the investigating officer.
On June 8, an accident occurred on Waldoboro Road in Bremen involving Mattia J. Campbell, 28, of Bremen. Mr. Campbell was operating his 2002 Toyota Land Cruiser northbound when he lost control of his vehicle and left the roadway on the right side, causing disabling damage to the front of his vehicle. Deputy Chase Bosse was the investigating officer.
On June 9, an accident occurred on Hendricks Hill Road on Southport Island involving Paul C. Noah, 46, of Johnson, Vermont. Mr. Noah had parked his 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt outside the Southport General Store in the parking lot. When he came outside, he noticed a large dent in the hood of the car. He was informed by another person in the parking lot that a “new model, blue Ford pick up” backed into his car and left the scene. Deputy Andrew Miner was the investigating officer.
