Camden Yacht Club is seeking an experienced and dependable Dockmaster to manage waterfront operations. This is a salaried, seasonal position, with competitive pay and year-end bonus. In addition to operating the club’s launch, the Dockmaster oversees the recruiting, hiring, and scheduling of additional launch drivers, manages mooring and float rentals, coordinates dingy slots for club members, and assists with races and other waterfront events. Employment consists of 26 weeks, normally May 1 to Oct 15. Current USCG Launch Operators License or better is required.
