    Wiscasset Police Department reported the following for March 15-31:

    Arrests

    March 17, Lawrence Eckert, 47, of Wiscasset was arrested for OUI, Violating Conditions of Release, Operating with Suspended Registration and Operating After License Suspension, by Officer Jonathan Barnes.

    March 18, Audrey Carlton, 26, of Hallowell was arrested for Operating Under the Influence (One Prior) by Officer Barnes.

    March 24, Ray Reed, 25, of West Bath was arrested on an arrest warrant out of Lincoln County, by Officer Getchell.

    March 28, Sophie Gagnon, 34, of Damariscotta was arrested for Domestic Violence Assault, by Officer Barnes.

    March 28, Robert Oferosky, 31, of Damariscotta was arrested for Terrorizing and Harassment by Telephone, by Officer Barnes.

    Summonses

    March 19, Benjamin Clifford, 26, of Boothbay Harbor was summonsed for Criminal Speeding, by Officer Barnes.

    March 19, Eileen Lewandowski, 59, of Jefferson was summonsed for Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle, by Officer Scott Getchell.

    March 20, Dillon Nutter, 25, of Newcastle was summonsed for Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle, by Officer Getchell.

    March 20, Marion Pinkham, 29, of Whitefield was summonsed for Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle, by Officer Getchell.

    March 22, Eric O’Connell, 62, of Candia, New Hampshire, was summonsed for Criminal Speed by Officer Scott Getchell.

    March 22, Harry Hilton, 67, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Operating After Suspension by Sgt. Perry Hatch.

    March 23, Devin Alexander, 31, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Operating After License Suspension, by Officer Barnes.

    March 26, Robert Oferosky, 31, of Damariscotta was summonsed for Criminal Speeding, by Officer Getchell.

    March 28, Kurtis Levesque, 39, of Nobleboro was summonsed for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief, by Officer Jonathan Barnes.

    March 30 Ian Hammar, 46, of Alna was summonsed for Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle, by Officer Getchell.

    March 31, Toni Brawn, 74, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Refusing to Submit to Arrest, Failure to Stop for an Officer, and Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle, by Officer Barnes.

    Accidents

    March 18, Chief Larry Hesseltine responded to an accident at Maxwell’s Market on Gardiner Road. Aleene Barnes, 75, of Wiscasset was entering a parking spot when her foot, wet from the rain, slipped off the brake and onto the accelerator, causing her car to jolt forward and strike the building. No injuries were reported.

    March 20, Officer Nathan Willhoite responded to an accident at Wiscasset Lil’Mart. Kevin Morris, 57, of Bath was traveling through the parking lot and began to back into a parking spot. Anthony Porzio, 25, of Waldoboro was traveling behind Morris and was unable to back up in time and the two vehicles struck each other. No injuries were reported.

    March 31, Officer Willhoite responded to a deer versus motor vehicle accident on Bath Road. Brian Rathburn, 49, of Wiscasset was traveling south on Bath Road when two deer entered the roadway. Rathburn was unable to avoid the deer and struck both. No people were reported injured.
