Kevin Joseph Michael Kinney, 30, of Knox was summonsed for Driving to Endanger, by Barnes.

Nicholas Presby, 40, of Wiscasset was arrested for Motor Vehicle Speeding, 30-plus mph, by Barnes.

April 6, Cherie Scott, 42, of Boothbay was summonsed for Failure to Register Vehicle, by Chief Larry Hesseltine.

April 15, Carla Warren, 30, of Pittston was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug and three counts of Violating Conditions of Release, by Hesseltine.

Eric Simmons, 34, of Pittston was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, Use of Drug Paraphernalia and Violating Conditions of Release, by Hesseltine.

Machenzie McPhee, 28, of Newcastle was arrested for Failure to Register Vehicle, by Sgt. Perry Hatch.

Stops/Citations 

The department conducted 98 motor vehicle stops for violations and issued 23 citations.

There were 54 stops for speed: 19 on Bath Road, 17 on Federal Street, two on Hooper Street, one on Hodge Street, eight on Gardiner Road, four on Birch Point Road and three on Alna Road.

There were 18 stops for inspection violations: 11 on Bath Road, one on Federal Street, three on Gardiner Road, one each on Lincoln Street, Birch Point Road and Old Sheepscot Road.

There were 17 stops for registration violations: six on Bath Road, four on Gardiner Road, five on Federal Street and one each on Old Dresden Road and Railroad Avenue.

There were two stops for operations on Bath Road and one on Lowelltown Road; one stop for hands free violation on Gardiner Road and Gibbs Road, one stop for Driving to Endanger on Gardiner Road and Bath Road; one stop for Weight Violation on Federal Street; and two stops for defects on Bath Road and one on Indian Road.
