Wiscasset police reported the following for Dec. 15-31:
Dec. 20, Matthew Sampson, 53, of Wiscasset was arrested for Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening with Priors, by Officer Jonathan Barnes.
Dec. 26, Lawrence Eckert, 47, of Wiscasset was arrested for Domestic Violence Assault, by Officer Scott Getchell.
Dec. 31, Dean Caton, 23, of Wiscasset was arrested for Assault, by Officer Getchell.
Dec. 22, Alton Lane, 21, of Bar Mills was summonsed for Theft by Unauthorized Taking and Violation of Conditions of Release.
Dec. 28, Derek Dichiara, 29, of Belgrade was summonsed for Assault, by Officer Nathan Willhoite.
Dec. 28, Casey Leavitt, 29, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Operating with Suspended Registration, by Officer Barnes.
Dec. 29, Joaquim Cardoso, 23, of Central Falls, Rhode Island, was summonsed for Criminal Speeding, by Officer Barnes.
Dec. 29, Michael Capriole, 55, of Wiscasset was summonsed for Harassment by Telephone, by Sergeant Perry Hatch.
Dec. 19, Officer Willhoite responded to an accident on Old Stage Road. Jackson Fuller, 17, of Woolwich was traveling south when, due to road conditions, he lost control and slid off the road and sideswiped a telephone pole. No injuries were reported.
Dec. 19, Officer Willhoite responded to an accident on Bath Road. Lester Percy, 65, of Westport Island was traveling south on Bath Road into the path of a vehicle driven by Timothy Harrington, 51, of Houston, Texas. Harrington was unable to avoid Percy and their vehicles collided. No injuries were reported.
Dec. 30, Sgt. Hatch responded to an accident on Main Street. Stephen Willis, 52, of Warren was traveling north on Main Street when a vehicle operated by John Fitch, 74, of Boothbay crossed the center line and struck Willis’ vehicle. Fitch left the roadway and struck a fire hydrant in the process. Minor injuries were reported.
Dec. 30, Officer Getchell responded to a deer versus motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Gardiner and Huntoon Hill roads. Kristoffer Goranson, 31, of Augusta was traveling northbound when two deer entered the roadway. Goranson was able to avoid the first deer but struck the second one. Goranson had no reported injuries.
