Dear Editor:

I am enthusiastically asking the voters of Boothbay Harbor to elect Alyssa Allen for the Select Board. I have known Alyssa for 25 years and she would be a strong member of the Board. She is compassionate, understanding, intelligent and would be a great member of the board. She deeply cares about the people and issues of this town, its policies and its governance. I have had many dealing with Alyssa in different situations and capacities and in all of them she has shown careful thought, consideration and observation. She is definitely a consensus builder; a true team player and I ask that you cast your vote for Alyssa Allen as Boothbay Harbor Selectperson.
