Dear Editor:

A Maine lobster boat is well equipped to pull out of a thick fog, but if Sarah Gideon is ever elected, the entire fishing industry may never recover.

Susan Collins has already established the emergency funding measures that Gideon can only bark about from the sidelines. 

Gideon has presented herself as pure poison poised to be injected into our work and way of life.

Along with her environmentalist allies and pernicious right whale regulations, she is promised to drive lobstermen right out of business.

Tradition has it, fishermen have faced enormous tragedy and disaster with the utmost of nobility and moral conviction for many decades. We do not now or will ever need a hand-out.

Remember, a vote for Sarah Gideon, is a promotion and acceptance of despondency and capitulation, and a vote for George Soros.

Support Maine lobstermen and vote for Susan Collins in the upcoming U.S. Senate elections.
