Dear Editor:

I am writing in strong support of Holly Stover, who is a colleague running for re-election to the Maine Legislature.  Holly has been effective since her first day in Augusta, where she serves as a member of the Health and Human Services Committee. She brings long professional experience with state government to this committee's work, which deals with some of the most complex and critical elements around health care and social services. As the pandemic and its attendant recession continue, these programs become more necessary than ever. 

It's difficult work, and a lot to master quickly. The residents of Holly's district in Boothbay, Boothbay Harbor, Southport, Edgecomb, South Bristol and Westport Island are lucky to have such a responsive and well-qualified representative working for them every day.
