Sherman S. Brewer learned sailmaking under master sailmaker Nat Wilson for vessels American Eagle, Victory Chimes, and Ernestina-Morrissey. He continues to handcraft sails using the proven standards as passed down through generations.  Southport Town Hall, 361 Hendricks Hill Road, Southport. 7 p.m.
