Kerr+Jones Gallery in East Boothbay will be hosting a book signing and reception for legendary Maine photographer and co-founder of The Island Institute, Peter Ralston, on Wednesday, Aug. 19 from 2 to 6 p.m.

 

Peter will be signing copies of his newest book, "Going Deep," which includes a beautifully curated selection of 175 stunning images. In the foreword by historian Heather Cox Richardson, she writes “This book is full of tales about communities, family, love, art and life.”

All books will be signed by Peter ~ who will be happy to add a brief personalized inscription. The purchase price of "Going Deep" is $65 and it will most certainly become a collectible memoir. In addition to his extraordinary book, Peter will be bringing “a bountiful supply’ of both framed and un-matted images for purchase.

From 4 to 6 p.m. Kerr+Jones Gallery will host a reception with appetizers and summer refreshments. The public is welcome. Parking is available one block from the gallery at the School Street lot behind the East Boothbay Fire Station. For more information please contact the gallery at 207-380-1766.
