The Novel Jazz Septet’s final 2019 performance at Skidompha Public Library will be from 7-9:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 15.
The musicians will be Herb Maine (acoustic bass), Mickey Felder (piano), Dave Clark (guitar), David Harris (reeds), Mike Mitchell (trumpet), and Barney Balch (trombone). Special guest, Mai Kheet, will be filling in on drums. Mai is a fine percussionist from the mid-coast and regular with the Wayne Delano quartet. Novel Jazz will be working out of the Great American Songbook this evening.
The library is located at 184 Main Street, Damariscotta. Admission is $15 for adults, $14 for seniors 65 years and older, $7 for young adults 12-18, under 12 accompanied by a parent go free.
