Mills is killing the Maine economy

Mon, 05/04/2020 - 4:00pm

    Dear Editor:

It looks like Governor Janet Mills did not get the memo from the White House briefing that stated the fact that the coronavirus can be killed within seconds with ultra violet light. The recommendation was made that people get out outside and enjoy life knowing the virus would be harder to transmit.

With that being said, there is no reason for restaurants in the county that have open air dining to be closed. There is no reason for churches to be closed if they can arrange open air services, especially since Maine has not reached 100 deaths from the virus. Maine currently ranks 44th in coronavirus cases in the country.

I am sure business owners that voted for Mills are regretting they did so seeing that she is killing the economy in Maine not to mention their businesses.
