All voters will have the opportunity to meet with U.S. Senate candidate Zak Ringelstein on Saturday, Sept. 22, 10-11 a.m. at the Lincoln County Democratic Committee’s (LCDC) Victory in 2018 Campaign Office in the Overlook Building at 521 Main St. in Damariscotta. The office is across the street from Round Top Ice Cream in the space formerly occupied by Spectrum Generations.

In a statement to Lincoln County voters, Ringelstein declares, “In this dark period of our country where we look more like an oligarchy than the democracy we love and treasure, we cannot afford to compromise our progressive values, and we cannot afford to vote from a place of fear. We must pursue an agenda of progress and hope. It is time to elect a new kind of Democratic leader to represent Maine in the United States Senate.”
