Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: Seven arrests

Sheriff Todd Brackett reports the following:

The Lincoln County Sheriff’ s Office responded to a total of 315 calls between Aug. 7 and Aug. 14. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 10,459 calls for service.

On Aug. 7, Deputy First Class Brian Collamore was dispatched to a report of criminal mischief to a mailbox in the Bremen area. The complainant stated that sometime between Sunday night and Monday morning, someone smashed her mailbox and damaged the post (value: $50). Further investigation if leads develop.

Arrests

Patrick R. Alexander III, 22, of Bowdoinham was arrested Aug. 7 on a Sagadahoc County warrant for Violation of Bail Conditions, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Alonzo Connor.

Michelle Breslin, 49, of Nobleboro was arrested Aug. 7 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Wildwood Shores Road, Nobleboro, by Deputy Ryan Chubbuck.

Hunter M. Andrews, 19, of Boothbay Harbor was arrested Aug. 9 on a Lincoln County District Court warrant for Violation of Bail Conditions, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Jonathan Colby.

Robert E. Kaler, 49, of Bremen was arrested Aug. 10 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Medomak Road, Bremen, by Deputy Jonathan Colby.

Scott Swift, 31, of Belfast was arrested Aug. 10 for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, on Englebrekt Road, Edgecomb, by Sgt. Aaron Beck, who was assisted by Deputy Kevin Dennison.

Thomas S. Shaw, 34, of Edgecomb was arrested Aug. 11 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Middle Road, Edgecomb, by Deputy Jonathan Colby.

Kody Wallace, 25, of Nobleboro was arrested Aug. 13 on a probation violation, on Hilton Road, Whitefield, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.

Accidents

On Aug. 10, an accident occurred on Ocean Point Road in Boothbay involving John M. Utley, 32, of Boothbay. Mr. Utley had parked his 2010 Lincoln MKZ in the parking lot of the Carriage House Restaurant when it was hit on the driver’s side door, causing functional damage. This accident was a hit and run and the unknown vehicle was not located. Deputy Alonzo Connor was the investigating officer.

On Aug. 11, an accident occurred on Boothbay Road in Edgecomb involving Shari L. Burbank, 56, of Edgecomb. Ms. Burbank was operating her 2012 Ford Fusion westbound when a deer struck the right passenger quarter panel of her vehicle. Deputy Alonzo Connor was the investigating officer.

On Aug. 11, an accident occurred on Country Club Road in Boothbay involving Mary A. Morse, 77, of Boothbay Harbor and Ava V. Andronache, 41, of Hermon. Ms. Morse was operating her 2005 Ford Freestar southbound in reverse, away from the garbage compactor building at the Boothbay Refuse Transfer Station, when she struck the rear of Andronache’s 2018 Toyota Tundra, which was parked at the time. Deputy Andrew Miner was the investigating officer.
