Boothbay Harbor Public Works foreman, fire chief and reserve police officer Nick Upham was selfless helping out wherever and whenever needed. This propane tank at Carter's Wharf was floating with kinked supply lines and Upham almost dove in to keep a potential explosive situation from happening.
