Dear Editor:

Over the past 18 months here at Boothbay Region Community Resource Council (BRCRC) we have been grateful for the service that our Executive Director Katie White has brought to our organization. Katie helped implement a number of new practices and helped build on the strength of the structure to our mission: to assist persons in need on the Boothbay peninsula by providing information, referrals, resources and programs.

It was with regret that we saw the departure of our executive director last month. The remainder of our staff continue to do the good work that they carry out each day in helping those in need navigate the sometimes difficult waters of life. We thank Kathleen, Hannah, Breanna and Holly for all that they continue to do in our office and we thank Katie for her time and energy spent with BRCRC.
