I was disappointed to read that Joe Gelarden, in his "Ramblings" column in the May 20 edition, apparently dismisses the move to preserve the environmental integrity of the Gulf of Maine from industrialized exploitation by a foreign-held wind energy mega-corporation as merely  a "political food fight." 

 

I think the lobstermen, fishermen, and the many others who have been working tirelessly to protect our historic fishing grounds, deserve better.
