Boothbay Region High School senior Jaelyn Crocker was recently named to the 2021 Maine Field Hockey Association All State Team.

Crocker, a four-year member of the BRHS field hockey team, including three years as the starting goalie and a tri-captain this season, is the daughter of Allan and Barbara Crocker of Boothbay Harbor.

This past season, Crocker had 223 saves and three shutouts. She had 534 saves in her high school career. She has been a three-time all-Mountain Valley Conference selection, twice on first team and once on second team.

“I am very happy about her being selected to the all state team,” said first-year Seahawk coach Alison Sirois.

All athletes chosen for awards this year by MFHA will be honored at an awards ceremony on Sunday, Dec. 5, at 1 p.m. at the Augusta Civic Center.

All State Team members graduating this year will be invited to play in this year’s Annual McNally East-West All Star Field Hockey Game for charity that will be played next summer.
