Dear Editor:

What is going on with Senator Susan Collins? You can't email her through her website because when you try you get the message "An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator." This has happened before and was supposed to be fixed. When you call the D.C office you never get a person but a long message referring you to leave a message. When you try to leave your name, address, phone and email you get disconnected. What is going on?

We should be able to contact our representatives in D.C without aggravation.

People who have had the same experience need to call the local offices and complain.
