Graduation morning, Friday, June 6, the Class of 2025 walked through the halls of Boothbay Region Elementary School in their blue caps and gowns where many of them began their education.

Pre K through sixth graders and middle schoolers (seventh and eighth graders) held signs, high fived, and cheered as the seniors and the recently retired walked through the halls.

Many seniors had personalized the tops of their graduation caps with all sorts of ornamentation, such as toy lobsters, helicopters, floral wreaths, and reflections of their homes, interests and, in some cases, emblems of the branch of the military they're about to join.
