The planning board is pushing Paul Coulombe’s solutions. The Coulombe team has put together a plan that will satisfy his zoning needs to accomplish what he wants on the east side. His experts, the planning board and the select board will approve this plan for the voters. This plan is Paul’s, not the planning board’s. I listened to his zoning changes Wednesday night.
