The Boothbay Region High School Student Council has announced the activities for Homecoming Week, which will conclude on Friday, Oct. 8 with a field hockey game against Oak Hill at 3:30 p.m. on Perkins Field and a football game against Sacopee Valley at 7 p.m. on Sherman Field.

Dress-up days in the school will be held Monday through Wednesday. Monday is Maine/USA Day, Tuesday is Wear a Tie Day, and Wednesday is Wear Pink Day in support of breast cancer awareness.

The four classes will get time on Thursday to build their class floats for the annual Homecoming Parade through town on Thursday, Oct. 7 at about 5 p.m. The parade will start at the school campus, proceed through downtown, and end at BRHS.

After the parade, a community bonfire will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on the BRHS campus.
