The Boothbay Region Lady Seahawks field hockey team raffled off two five person dinner baskets to support ongoing fundraising efforts for the team. The Surf and Turf themed baskets were made possible by the generous donations of Atlantic Edge and Pinkham’s Gourmet Market.

Both dinner baskets included potatoes, french bread, salad, and either lobster cooking or grill equipment. The Turf dinner included five large, sirloin steaks from Pinkham’s. The Surf dinner included ten lobsters from Atlantic Edge. Raffle winners also received a homemade blueberry pie courtesy of Cathy Blake.

The team sold over over 1,000 raffle tickets and raised $2,300 from ticket sales and donations. The winner of the Turf dinner was Korey Lewis of Pier 1 pizza and the winner of the Surf dinner was David Rumrey.
