Flags are flying, moorings are filling up, and there is much activity to be seen on the waterfront!  Commodore Liz Rettenmaier, accompanied by the Flag Officers and Club members, has officially commissioned the Boothbay Harbor Yacht Club for its 126th season! 

Launch service is now available, and the dining room opened on Friday, June 4. With nearly 100% of members fully vaccinated and staff all vaccinated as well, lunch and dinner are available for eating in or to take out. The Indoor Flower Committee has sprung into action with welcoming bouquets at the front desk, and volunteers are at the desk taking reservations and welcoming members and visitors back to the Club.

The opening of the  126th season is a lot to celebrate! The Junior Program will start up later this month, and the racing and regatta schedules have been released. Check the club website for the full details of events on and off the water.

The excitement of a full season is palpable after the limited schedule of the pandemic year. Welcome back!
