Boothbay Harbor Police Department made four arrests between June 27 and July 21. On June 29, Officer Doug Snyder arrested Erin Cartwright, 56, of Boothbay Harbor for operating under the influence. On July 1, Snyder arrested Christopher Flynn, 38, of Windsor for violating conditions of release. On July 3, Sgt. Patrick Higgins arrested David Madden, 69, of Lexington, Mississippi for operating under the influence. On July 12, Officer Nick Upham arrested Dawn Goulding, 38, of Eastlip, New York for domestic violence assault.
